I would like to wish all of my American Friends and Readers a very happy Thanksgiving this week. Whether you are planning on roasting a turkey or adopting one (I'm loving 'Mello'! Awww!) this year ~ I hope you all have a wonderful time with your families. I look forwards to seeing the delicious baked goods you all make for the feast! (so please take pictures!). We're having a potatoless Thanksgiving, which I'm pretty sure is blasphemous. But anyway, I'll definitely take pictures of the noms even if I mess them up! :D

Surely you should be making 3 types of potatoes:
1) Mashed with lumps
2) In the form of tots
3) Whipped with peas and onions.
