If you're looking for a fussy chef that turns mashed potatoes into panda bears on your plate, you're in the wrong place.

What I lack in training I make up for with years (and years and years) of experience trying to get a decent meal together as easily as possible. I may very well be the Queen of Doctoring Stuff Up to make it taste better.

More often than not, frozen instead of fresh works just fine (and is probably just as healthy). Canned stuff is certainly not out of the question. If it comes in a box but tastes decent enough after doctoring, fine.

My goal is to spend as little time in the kitchen as possible. If that's your goal too, maybe some of these recipes will help.

If you only eat non-GMO organic all natural superfoods grown by Tibetan monks, move along. I don't buy into all the buzzwords, falsehoods, and fear-mongering, and unless I'm hit by a train I bet I'll live just as long as someone that does.
